- 15 spacious camping plots which all have their own electricity connection (7,5 amp. each and the cables in the ground are with higher potency than necessary. Also every plot has its own water dispenser. Some pitches that have a concrete floor and a private outdoor kitchen where previously Ti-pi´s (Indian tents) placed.

- Separate outbuilding with pool pump, two toilets and two showers. Another separate space with two fully equipped kitchens with two stoves, two refrigerators, microwave and all kitchen utensils. Connected to this building there is a newly expanded special hot water system installed which runs on multiple gas bottles.

- Warehouse where the installation of the solar system is. The solar system is connect to the main electricity system so you can switch the system. The batteries are dated and need to be replaced if you want to use the solar system but it is not necessary.

- Connected to the warehouse is a huge covered work area of 14 x 9 meter which is suitable for a lot of things like store, work area or/garage to park a car, motorcycle, bicycles etc.

- In addition to the extensive solar installation of 28 panels there is also a permanent main electricity connection.

- Two big septic tanks

- The main house has a hydro heater pallet system to which the radiators are connected what substantially works the same as a central heating system, the only difference being that the system works on the pallet grains.

- Two satellite dishes one for Spanish and one for Dutch television.

- There is an internet system available which ensures that there is internet connection over the entire plot with a separate terminal for private use.
